How it works
Five stages, in this order.
Reverse osmosis is what removes what you do not want. The UV lamp is what keeps the water clean between the tank and your glass — and it is what most dispensers in this range leave out. The ice is made from that same water.

Is 15 kg of ice a day enough for my lobby?
For a break room or a waiting area, comfortably. A gym counter at peak hour or an event space goes through more, and a rented commercial machine will still out-produce this one — tell us the traffic and we will say so before you order.
What is nugget ice?
Soft compressed ice that chews instead of cracking. It chills a drink faster than a cube because there is more surface area, and it is the ice people ask for by name.
What happens when a cartridge is due?
Do I need a plumber?
No. The connections are push-fit and the tools are in the box. Most customers finish in about 30 minutes with the install video.
Can I rent instead of buying?
What if it breaks?
